Fees & Appointments

Here you'll find information on how our sessions work, the fees associated, and use of the Medicare Benefits Scheme.

Appointments are available week days until 7:00pm. All appointments are between 50 - 55 minutes in duration.

Your initial appointment will include a comprehensive assessment. This will enable us to work together to assess your needs, set goals and work out the best way to manage and improve your situation.

During the sessions, there will be opportunities for you to review the progress of your therapy and provide feedback. This is to ensure that your needs are met.

The fee for appointments range from $200 - $240 per session.

You do not need a referral unless you are coming under the Medicare Scheme.

Please feel free to call the office on 02 9419 8820 or email about appointment times. Alternatively you can contact us via our online form.

Medicare Benefits Scheme

All of our Clinical Psychologists/Psychologists are registered providers with Medicare. See below for additional details on accessing the MBS.

The Medicare scheme allows treatment for certain types of problems to be covered with Medicare rebates. This includes:

  • anxiety disorders
  • depression
  • psychotic disorders
  • bipolar disorders
  • adjustment disorders
  • sexual disorders
  • conduct disorders
  • bereavement
  • post traumatic stress disorders
  • eating disorders
  • sleep problems
  • attention deficit disorder

MBS Criteria

Please see your GP to see if you meet criteria for a referral under this Medicare Benefits Scheme.

If you are referred by your GP under the MBS you will need your GP to provide a written referral to Natalie or to Transformations Clinical Psychology, as well as a copy of your Mental Health Care Plan.

You will then be able to claim between $89.65 and $131.65 per session from Medicare for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Please feel free to call 02 9419 8820 or email if you require more information about the Medicare Scheme.
