Fees & Appointments

Appointments are available week days until 7.00 pm.

All appointments are between 50 - 55 minutes in duration.

Your initial appointment will include a comprehensive assessment. This will enable us to work together to assess your needs, set goals and work out the best way to manage and improve your situation.

The fee for appointments range from $200.00 - $240.00 per session.

You do not need a Referral (unless you are coming under the Medicare Scheme).

During the sessions, there will be opportunities for you to review the progress of your therapy and provide feedback.

This is to ensure that your needs are met.

Medicare scheme

All of our Clinical Psychologists/Psychologists are registered providers with Medicare.

The Medicare scheme allows treatment for certain types of problems to be covered with Medicare rebates.

This includes anxiety disorders, depression, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorders, adjustment disorders, sexual disorders, conduct disorders, bereavement, post traumatic stress disorders, eating disorders, sleep problems and attention deficit disorder.

Please see your GP to see if you meet criteria for a referral under this Medicare Scheme.

If you are referred by your GP under the Medicare Scheme you will need your GP to provide a written referral to Natalie or to Transformations Clinical Psychology as well as a copy of your Mental Health Care Plan.

You will then be able to claim between $89.65 and $131.65 per session from Medicare for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
